Pitching a connected experience
TruGreen lawn care had a request for proposal and were looking for ways to optimize the user journey and connect the entire ecosystem from discovery to scheduling an appointment. Critical Mass responded with a pitch deck including strategy proposals, hi fi mockups, and prototypes.
Discovery
Reviewing the current state
Our first step in the process was to evaluate the landscape of TruGreen and their competitors. As the UX lead on the pitch, I performed a content audit, competitive analysis, personas, and user journeys. Once the team looked through the materials, we then did a mini workshop to talk through the opportunities.
Wireframes & Visual Design
Turning insights into design
After laying out possible opportunities, our team quickly wires and mocked up various pages throughout the TruGreen user journey. Because of the very tight timeline, I provided quick WIP wires to visual, and then worked in tandem to make any edits as we progressed.
